NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reset Foreclosure Sale After Bankruptcy dated November 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-002431WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O`Neil Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court Clerk and Comptroller, Paula S. O`Neil Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court Clerk and Comptroller will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 8th day of January, 2015, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 885, Aloha Gardens, Unit Nine, according to map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 34 through 36, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
