NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000232, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ALEXANDRU N ELIAN A/K/A ALEXANDRU NICOLAE ELIAN; BEVERLY A ELIAN A/K/A BEVERLY ANNE ELIAN; OAK RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); BEVERLY A ELIAN A/K/A BEVERLY ANNE ELIAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am. on the 6th day of January 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, OAK RIDGE, UNIT ONE, PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
