NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 07, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001236-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR15, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006, is Plaintiff, and CRYSTAL VALLEY, INC., et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 395, PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT ONE, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 544 Page 387 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 7615 Ilex Drive, Port Richey, FL 34668
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
