NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2013, and an order rescheduling sale dated, November 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001530-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is Plaintiff, and MELISSA M. BALAZS, et. al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 382, LA VILLA GARDENS, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 74-75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDES OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 5906 ELKHORN BOULEVARD, HOLIDAY, FLORIDA 34690
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
