NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003848-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and PAUL ROBERT MORGAN A/K/A PAUL R. MORGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL ROBERT MORGAN A/K/A PAUL R. MORGAN; MAUREEN ELAINE LOPES A/K/A MAUREEN E. LOPES; LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 18th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 161, LAKE PADGETT EAST ISLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 57-59 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
