NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000017-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK FSB, is Plaintiff, and LORI GENNA, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 976, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 9, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Book 9, Pages 42, and 43, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 3651 Moog Rd, Holiday, FL 34691
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
