NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014CC000651CCAXES of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein VERMILLION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SAWAYZ SAHAB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAWAYZ SAHAB NKA SOSUN ZAHIR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR RESOURCE BANK, A VIRGINIA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 42, Meadow Pointe Parcel 16, Unit 2A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 57-63 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
