NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003079WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff, and DIANE M. MCMAHON, et al, are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, LUNA VISTA ESTATES, Partial Replat according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 98, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 7419 Astor Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34652
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
