Final Judgment was awarded on July 24, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-002659-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES A. PACKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES A. PACKER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
