NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-005920-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-12 is Plaintiff and VOULA CHAMOPOULOS, NICK CHAMOPOULOS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1411, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT SEVENTEEN, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 1 and 2, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
