NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-027585, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, for the benefit of registered holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff and JASON P. MILLER; ALYSON K. FREYA/K/A ALYSON K. MILLER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, POND EDDY SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
