NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-013308 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and YVETTE RYAN A/K/A YVETTE M. RYAN; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A RBC BANK (USA) F/K/A RBC CENTURA BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVETTE RYAN A/K/A YVETTE M. RYAN N/K/A RONALD GREEN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, THENCE SOUTH 00°04'26” EAST ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, A DISTANCE OF 190.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°53'55” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 15.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 00°04' 26” EAST PARALLEL TO THE AFOREMENTIONED EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, A DISTANCE OF 448.41 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°52'03” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 318.84 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°03'48” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 448.59 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°53'55” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 318.75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING: LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR HIDDEN LAKE DRIVE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
