NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-003685, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-OPT2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 is the Plaintiff, and LEO HAYES WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KIM WILLIAMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am. on the 6th day of January 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
