NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-001837 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BRENDA ROSETT SIMPSON A/K/A BRENDA R. SIMPSON A/K/A BRENDA LEE SIMPSON; LEROY CLIFFORD MACK A/K/A LEROY C. MACK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/20/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE SOUTH 264.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 792.0 FEET OF THE EAST 165.0 FEET OF THE WEST ONE QUARTER OF NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS WEST 15 FEET THEREOF SUBJECT TO ROAD EASEMENT TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF SAID WEST ONE-QUARTER OF NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER SECTION 20.
