NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an In Rem Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007009 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHARLES S ALBRITTON; LISETTE ALBRITTON; MARK THOMAS MEGIAS; CHARLES S. ALBRITTON AS GUARDIAN FOR ALYSSA MICHELE MEGIAS, A MINOR CHILD; LISETTE ALBRITTON AS GUARDIAN FORALYSSA MICHELE MEGIAS, A MINOR CHILD; TIME INVESTMENT COMPANY; STONEBRIER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/20/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
