NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-003943 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD P. PRIEUR; MARY C. PRIEUR; CAMBRIDGE K CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/20/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 24, CAMBRIDGE K CONDOMINIUM REVISED, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 8, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 14 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3192, PAGE 1911, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
