Final Judgment was awarded on June 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-026600, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL B. ARNOLD; CITY OF KISSIMMEE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

A DISTANCE OF 181.22 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST A DISTANCE OF 25.00 FEET TO A POB.
SUBJECT TO INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT OVER, ACROSS AND THROUGH THE EASTERLY AND NORTHERLY 25.00 FEET THEREOF. CONTAINS 1.7 ACRES_
