NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 14-CA-006080 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Kristie Lee Jensen a/k/a Kristie L. Jensen; Unknown Spouse of Kristie Lee Jensen a/k/a Kristie L. Jensen; Cristina Homeowners Association, Inc.; Campo Enterprises, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19 IN BLOCK 1 OF CHRISTINA-PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62 ON PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
