NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008544 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association As Trustee For Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Trust 2005-AR4, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-AR4, is the Plaintiff and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, solely as Trustee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Trust 2005-HE4, Richard Walls aka Richard T. Walls, Roberta G. Walls, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
