NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2014, and entered in 2008-CA-025141 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE`S FINANCIAL REALTY MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST, SERIES 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and JAMES JENSEN; JENNIFER A. JENSEN; DUNCAN GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, DUNCAN GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
