A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and OMAR COLON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN AN OP. SUB. OF MLB&T CO., FSB; VILLAGES OF LAKE ST. CHARLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; NIFDA LENNY RILES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
