NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-015306 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OFCWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is Plaintiff and DAWNETTE A FRAZIER , PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., DAWNETTE WOODS , JAMES WOODS, DAWNETTE WOODS FKA DAWNETTE A. FRAZIER , JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of January, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 4, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
