NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 25, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-006753 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I is Plaintiff and THOMAS SHEEHY, LISA M SHEEHY-SIROIS, SHIRLEY W SHEEHY, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA M SHEEHY-SIROIS, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION 2, SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of January, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE I, TRACT 26, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
