NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-016103 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, A Division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its Individual Capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Trust 2 is the Plaintiff and Dennis Johnson a/k/a Dennis D. Johnson; Bank of America, N.A.; Hillsborough County, Political Subdivision of the State of Florida; Place One Condominium Association, Inc; State of Florida; Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union; Tampa Police Department; n/k/a Latonya Powe Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 14th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 108E OF PLACE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED.00460 INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTION, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3809, PAGE 886 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
