NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002683, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2004-R4, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R4, is Plaintiff and EVELYN DRAKE; MICHAEL DRAKE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JACQUELINE CHAUMETTE A/K/A JACQUELYNE CHAUMETTE, DECEASED; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of January 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK C, FLORAL GARDENS UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
