Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-ABC1, Plaintiff, and Shannon C. Richards a/k/a Shannon, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 3rd day of February, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
