Final Judgment was awarded on September 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2009-CA-030001 D001TA, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and MARIA RAMIREZ; FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE SERVICES, CORP.; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; NEW CENTURY FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA RAMIREZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
