NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-001974 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CORAL BEACH INVESTMENTS, LLC, is the Plaintiff and FRANCOIS EDOUARD; FRANCOISE EDOUARD; MIRA LAGO WEST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CROMWELL GENA are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of February, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 532, MIRA LAGO WEST PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
