NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-003838 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-24CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff, and, EDWARD N. CARROW, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 8, BLOCK 7, WINDEMERE UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
