Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 12-002133-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and ANGELICA VRONDOS, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Unit 2 of the unrecorded plat of SKYE LOCH VILLAS, otherwise described as follows: Start at the NW corner of Lot 7 of the Revised Plat of I. Helier`s Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 19, of the Public Records of Plnellas County, Florida, and go S 88°52`03” E, 156.25 feet along the North line of said Lot 7 (the East-West one half section line of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 15 East); thence go S 00°17`06” W, 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence go S 88`52`03` E, 67.25 feet; thence go S 00°17`06” W, 35.00 Feet; thence go N 88°52`03” W, 67.25 feet; thence go N 00°17`06` E, 36.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
