YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in PINELLAS County, Florida:
UNIT 824 OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88-105, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4913 PAGES 1436-1502, AND AMENDED THEREAFTER, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is 1000 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., Suite B, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before 1-19-2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in THE BUSINESS OBSERVER.
