NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011-CA-012211 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, EDWARD F. SESTER, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 16th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK 10, HALL`S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION 2, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 AT PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
