NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and an order rescheduling sale dated, November 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-002164-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A., is Plaintiff and DAVID MCKINLAY, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, GRADY SWOPE'S HARRIS SCHOOL SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 4545 22nd Street N, St. Petersburg, FL 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
