NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2012, and an order rescheduling sale dated, November 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-002161-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JULIA N. COLLARD, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. F, BUILDING No. 3697, A/K/A UNIT 60F AT BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 74, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5416, PAGE 1159 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
