NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2014 and an order rescheduling sale dated, October 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-005211-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2006-BNCI, is Plaintiff and Carlton A. Malcolm and Carla Malcolm F/K/A Unknown Person in Possession of the Subject Property, are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 18, Hall's Central Avenue 3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 4317 3rd Ave S, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33711
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
