Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT #109, of TWIN GABLES HOMEOWNERS, INC., whose address is 4097 - 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33714, according to Exhibit āEā (site plan) of the Affidavit and more particularly described in that certain Memorandum of Proprietary Lease Master Occupancy Agreement (Master Form Proprietary Lease) the original of which is maintained in the office of the Corporation located at the property described in the Plot Plan, commonly known as Lot #109, TWIN GABLES HOMEOWNERS, INC., whose address is 4097 - 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33714, with a parcel ID# 03-31-16-92752-000-1090.
Together with a 1975 VAGA mobile home bearing vehicle identification number 1247657.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of January 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
