NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-005298-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ENCORE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DECOLE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, SANDRA J. ADKINS, and EVERBANK, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 23, 2015, the below-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 5A, Block 1, REPLAT OF LOT 5, BLOCK 1 CROSSWINDS MALL FIFTH PARTIAL REPLAT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6775 Crosswinds Drive North, St. Petersburg, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
