FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILES IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3773, PAGE 95, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PLAT THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
commonly known as 9700 36TH ST, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lindsay M. Alvarez of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 1-19-2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
