NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011232, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE PAPAGEORGIOU; INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM V ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE PAPAGEORGIOU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am. on the 6th day of January 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 214, BUILDING 10, PHASE VI, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 9 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 32 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 121 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 73 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5897, PAGE 2013 THROUGH 2098, INCLUSIVE AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
