NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-004345-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein A SPIRITUAL CHANGE, INC. and JONATHAN R. WADE, AS GUARANTOR, are Defendants. I, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
