NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10015116ci, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH SCHULTZ; PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA; MALISSA C. SCHULTZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of January, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE SOUTH 375 FEET OF THE WEST 490 FEET OF THE EAST 520 FEET OF FARM 13, PINELLAS FARMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA,OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, WAS FORMERLY A PART, IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
