NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2014 and entered in Case No. 09-018834 CI (08), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and DAVID L. MEHARG; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; FIA CARD SERVICES, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 26, INTER BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
