NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 02, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2013-CA-000047 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT ASSET HOLDINGS NPL3, Plaintiff, and MONICA M. HUTTO; JACOB H. HUNT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN# 100195910004285717); FCC FINANCE LLC, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of April, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BOCK F, CROSS BAYOU ESTATE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
