Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2014 and entered in Case No.: 14-005999-CO in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, THE BELLEAIR VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are WILLIAM H. BASCOM, ET AL.,. Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Unit Number 236, Belleair Village, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 14244, page 1955, and any amendments thereto; of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
