NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Cooperative Lien for Assessments for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 5, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit/Lot No. 3-G of Pointe West Resident Owned Community, Inc., a Cooperative Mobile Home Community located at 12651 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) attached to the Declaration Form Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 15348, Page 878, recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and legally described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference together with the improvements attached to cooperative unit 3-G consisting of a carport, shed, open and enclosed porches and a mobile home described in Vehicle Identification #3538T, Title #5758610 all of which are registered as permanent in Real Property Decal # 12339418
and commonly known as: 12651 Seminole Blvd. #3-G, Largo, FL 33778, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on January 20, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
