YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described land in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 15, Block 25, HIGHLAND PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward T. Culbertson, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 3621 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, on or before 1-16-2015 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
