EAST 90 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 32 AND EAST 90 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 32, PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 91 AND 92 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART.
BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO SHIRLEY HANN, A SINGLE PERSON AND REBECCA ROSE HANN HOPKINS, A SINGLE PERSON AS JOINT TENANT WITH FULL RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON FROM SHIRLEY HANN, WIDOW AND SURVIVING SPOUSE OF, BERYL HANN, DECEASED AS TO A LIFE ESTATE AND REBECCA ROSE HANN HOPKINS, AS TO FEE SIMPLE BY THAT DEED DATED 11/27/1998 AND RECORDED 12/30/1998 IN DEED BOOK 10356, AT PAGE 2117 OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
