NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-3280-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BOULEVARD CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANDREW C. WELLS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW C. WELLS and CSGA, LLC are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 203, Building 4, THE BOULEVARD CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Pages 27 through 33, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4770, Page 223 and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
