Final Judgment was awarded on June 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 522010CA009177XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and DGD INVESMENTS IV LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KHALID HAMEED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KELLY HAMEED; THE MADISON AT ST PETE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION , INC.; WILSON, KEHOE & MILLER CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 8, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO 411, THE MADISON AT ST PETE II A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM RECORDED JUNE 25, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13665 PAGE 1889 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
