NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-002890 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and PETER ROESCH; SABINE ROESCH; EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM 2 ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT#4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL B, BUILDING 2910, CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2B, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 60, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4922, PAGE 832, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
